Realization team

The team of employees who carry out your order is comprised of various professionals.
Your order / project is managed by employees from the sales department, whose primary job is making sure all your requirements have been clearly understood.
Depending on your demands, the project manager will put together a working team comprised of the following:

  • first-class language specialist - translator, interpreter
  • specialists in the given field
  • technical consultants - IT department
  • DTP specialist
  • proofreader - native speaker
  • tester
  • examiner

The project manager, or team of project managers (the number is determined by the nature of the order), manages the entire process and supervises a successful conclusion to the order.

Suppliers

The body of translators and interpreters with whom we work - subject to a rigorous testing process.
Our suppliers are not only continuously tested, but are also assessed for each individual piece of work. We regularly inform suppliers regarding the quality of their output.
We co-operate daily with more than 180 translators and interpreters.
We frequently co-operate with more than 500 additional suppliers, and we also have available upwards of 2000 further tested translators and interpreters.

Technology

An important, indeed indispensable component of our processes is the care given to the state and development of the information technology we use.
Our internal, specifically designed IT system enables us to manage the main realization processes so that our customers always receive a first-class service.
We keep up to date with the all the latest information and communication technologies.

Confidentiality of information

We preserve the confidentiality of all information acquired, whether through negotiations or supplied in the customer's materials.
All activities are managed so that information belonging to the customer is neither leaked nor lost.
All persons coming into contact with the customer's property are contractually bound to non-disclosure and instructed on how to handle the property in question.
